PLANO — What makes a great steakhouse? Great cuts of well-aged meat cooked properly and reliably. Top-notch service. An appropriate wine list. Those are the essentials. A steakhouse does not need to have a name chef creating inventive dishes. It’s nice if the starters, sides and desserts are well-prepared and presented, but it’s not vital.
