The “coastal Italian” food in this restaurant at the Gaylord Texan hotel is every bit as authentic as the winding river and old-time train station elsewhere in the vast lobby — in other words, not at all. You’ll spend a lot of money for simulations of things like frutti di mare, risotto and veal Milanese. Full bar.
