Earth, Wind & Fire

It’s hard to imagine the pop and R&B music landscape without Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire. The two groups have spent the last three decades expertly merging the song craftsmanship, stage showmanship and endurance that lead to influential music careers. And these ensembles don’t just rest on past laurels. Aside from continuing to tour regularly, they also remain recording artists. Earth, Wind & Fire’s latest studio album is 2005’s "Illumination." Chicago’s most recent studio projects are 2006’s "Chicago XXX" (produced by Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts) and 2008’s "Chicago XXXII: Stone of Sisyphus," which was originally recorded in 1993 but not released until 15 years later. Both bands put on great concerts filled with energy and excitement.
