The staff is warm and welcoming at this spacious restaurant in Stonebriar Commons, but the cooking’s uneven. The rock shrimp cocktail, Beau Nash smoked chicken and corn soup and prime rib are best bets; try a parfait for dessert. Full bar. Closed Sunday.

The goofy name wasn't a draw: One2One Restaurant and Bar. Nor was its location, in a far-flung shopping center up in the wilds of Frisco. Its online menu started down the predictable path of calamari salad, tuna tartare and spicy wings. Mercy, I can find things like that without running up the bill on my TollTag. (Full review)
