OPA! Platia opened just a couple of days ago and is what I would call authentic Greek food. Absolutely delicious chef prepared meals (just like yiayia would make!), friendly staff, beautiful decor, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere makes it great for a meal with the family or even a special date. Just when I thought it impossible to find quality Greek food in the DFW area, Platia opened its doors. Sidenote: the mille feuielles (milfeh for short) is divine-- so light and airy, if you have a sweet tooth, its a must-try!

FRISCO – My friend nearly leapt out of her seat when an order of saganaki was delivered to an adjacent table on a recent visit to Platia Greek Kouzina.
"Opa!" yelled the waiter, lighting the fried cheese afire. The whoosh of flames gave off a surprising heat and left us delighted by the show. (Full review)
