*The Dallas Morning News has selected this location as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in D-FW.*
Celebrity chef Tim Love’s flagship restaurant, now into its second decade, turns out imaginative food, executed almost flawlessly. Love is drawn to wild game, Mexican influences and lots of beef, but he avoids cowboy clichés by giving things a sophisticated, witty touch, such as elk sausage sliders with seared foie gras. It’s top-notch stuff — with prices to match. Closed Sunday. Full bar.
