Wonderful Dining Experience

Lavendou Bistro Provençal is a bit like Provence without the sun. The cooking of the beatific region of southern France from which the 14-year-old Far North Dallas restaurant gets its name is all about freshness and seasonality. It's a simple, Mediterranean cuisine that draws its appeal from the fruits and vegetables sold in open-air markets: good asparagus, ripe tomatoes, fresh thyme and basil, apricots and peaches and, yes, lavender.
