State Fair of Texas is a 24-day showcase of entertainment, exhibitions, rides, food, music, animals and more, it's presented in Dallas each fall in historic Fair Park, a 277-acre complex recognized for its beautiful landscaping and unique collection of art deco architecture.
Discount days:
Tuesdays: $3 admission for anyone who brings an empty Dr Pepper can; also get most rides for five coupons, excluding the Texas Star and extreme-thrill rides.
Wednesdays: $1 admission on Kroger 3-for-1 Day for anyone who brings at least three cans of food, to be donated to local food banks.
Thursdays: Free for seniors 60 and older and for any patron who brings a Cinemark theater ticket stub. $4 admission for anyone who brings an empty 20-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola or a Coca-Cola product.

I get so EXCITED to go to the Fair each year! It's a wonderful time for family and friends. Get lots of exercise too!!!! Big Tex - here we come! HOWDY!

Its almost time for the best fair in the United States!! Can't wait to eat great foods, see great exhibits and of course see Big Tex!
