Tickets are nonrefundable under any circumstances.  Tickets are transferable.   The new user must present the receipt to make the transfer. 
 
Ticket Policy:  
Tickets to this event will not be mailed.  You must bring a copy of your receipt or present a photo ID and the credit card used for the order to pick up your ticket.
