Our gung-ho server at Kenichi swaggers up to our table. "Hey there," he starts. "Have you been in before? No? Well, welcome! You're in for a great night. Take a look at the menu, but just to let you know: If you like, I can design a great meal for you that incorporates a little bit of every aspect of the menu.
