Two years after the original Dallas Hard Rock Cafe closed on McKinney Avenue, the Hard Rock is back – in Victory Park this time around. It's done one terrific job of reinventing itself as a modern, high-tech venue with sleek contemporary lines and rich woods that give it a tonier vibe than the Uptown original had. (Full review)
