This two-level cigar and rum lounge is as gleaming and contemporary as the Victory Park development that surrounds it. Members who pay a nosebleed fee get privileges that include their own engraved cigar locker and a table whenever they want it. But walk-ins are welcome, and educated drinkers who’ve matriculated vodka and tequila can study the 30 rums available.
WHAT TO WEAR: It's pretty open. The bar aims for an upscale atmosphere, so you may want to ditch the T-shirt.
