The West Village spot that started life with a focus on local, sustainably grown products changes faster than ramps go out of season. This week it seems to heading toward becoming another watering hole, serving mac ’n’ cheese, coconut shrimp, burgers and a new menu of frozen mojitos. What will it be by the time you read this?
