Off The Bone

1734 S. Lamar St., Dallas, TX, 75215
(214) 565-9551 - Venue Website

Off the Bone Barbeque serves Gourmet Barbeque. Although this term is normally not used in describing barbeque, there is nothing normal about the food. Great pride is taken in the food preparation, and in the selection of the meats and ingredients. Once you experience the barbeque, you will be able to taste the difference.

The menu features Dwight's classic "Off The Bone" pork ribs, beef brisket, delicious sausage and smoked chicken. The homemade sides are all hand cut as the time is taken to prepare them like it is for a Sunday dinner. People consistently complement on the memorably superior dining experience that the food delivers.

There is also a totally separate Catering and Deliver menu, where meats, sides and desserts can be customized to fit your needs.

For Off the Bone, let's just get right down to it: meat and sauce. Sauce and meat. The tiny barbecue joint in a repurposed gas station, south of the Jack Evans Police Headquarters building near downtown, is a carnivore's nirvana. (Full review)
