Mere mortals can find out how vampires celebrate their love at this event, where four classically trained “immortals” will perform in a cabaret-theater show featuring a wide array of musical styles including Broadway, classical and jazz. The group, led by artistic director Gustavo Tolosa, includes baritone Sergei Alucard (portrayed by Blake Davidson), mezzo-soprano Barcelona Marceaux (Marquel Dionne), soprano Countess Erzsebet (Jacquelyn Lengfelder) and Gustave de la Croix (Tolosa) on piano and harpsichord. Dress code: formal attire or a costume. Fangs optional.
Feb. 12-13 from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Blue Room, South Side on Lamar, 1409 S. Lamar St. just south of downtown.
