Frontiers - A Tribute To Journey

Jeremy Hunsicker, lead singer of Frontiers, a Journey tribute band based in Roanoke, Va., almost became the new vocalist of the very band he pays homage to regularly. That venture ultimately didn’t fit perfectly in Hunsicker’s life. But he still got a great gift: The song he co-wrote with Journey mainstays Jonathan Cain and Neal Schon, a soaring tune titled “Never Walk Away,” ended up on Journey’s latest million-selling disc, "Revelation." Talk about the best of both possible worlds. Hunsicker and his band continue to perform concerts that honor Journey’s indelible catalog of pop-rock staples, such as “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Lights” and “Faithfully.” The Early Republic also performs.
